This Privacy Policy explains how Parallax Privacy (the "App"; brand name of Impulse Infrasec Ltd.), a consumer Android application focused on behavioral privacy and anti-profiling protection, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Parallax Privacy is built with a strong privacy-first approach and collects the absolute minimum data necessary.
Information you provide:
- Account information (e.g., email address if you create an account for premium features).
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe Payments; we do not store full card details).
Automatically collected information:
- Basic device information (device model, OS version) required for the App to function properly.
No activity logging or telemetry:
We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any usage telemetry, connection logs, or behavioral data to our servers. All synthetic activity (fake GPS drifts, phantom browsing, synthetic contacts, notes, calendar events, etc.) is generated locally on your device.
Synthetic data is automatically cleaned and removed from your device within a few days as part of normal operation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Parallax Privacy service.
- Manage your account and process payments via Stripe.
- Send important service-related notifications (e.g., critical updates or security alerts).
The core behavioral obfuscation features operate entirely on-device. We do not analyze or profile your real activity.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data in any way.
We may share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers: With trusted partners (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting providers) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide.
- Legal requirements: If we are legally compelled by a valid court order or government request under applicable EU law. We will notify you where legally permitted.
- Business transfers: In the rare event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not share any data with advertising networks or third-party data brokers.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure development practices. Because most processing occurs locally on your device, the attack surface is significantly reduced.

You can:
- Access or delete your account information through the App.
- Request deletion of any personal data we hold.

As the App operates under European Union laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), you have strong rights including access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, and objection. The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have done so, we will promptly delete it.
